Senior Marc Anderson, junior Jordan Breitigam, junior Christian Garlock and senior Drew Keriazes will represent Ohio Northern at the 2013 NCAA Division III Men's Swimming & Diving Championships March 20-23 at the Conroe Natatorium in Shenandoah, Tex.

The four men qualified in the 200 medley relay, where they rank 11th nationally with an ONU record time of 1:31.05.

Breitigam also qualified in three individual events.

He is seeded seventh in the 200 fly in 1:49.08, is 12th in the 200 I.M. in 1:51.20 and 18th in the 100 fly in :49.24.

All three times are ONU records.

Keriazes can also compete in the 200 I.M., the 100 breast and the 200 breast, as he surpassed the NCAA "B" Cut efforts in each.

He is seeded 36th in the 200 I.M. in 1:53.50, is 15th in the 100 breast in a school record :56.54 and is 29th in the 200 breast in a school record 2:06.24.

Anderson also bettered the NCAA "B" Cut in the 100 fly and is seeded 38th in :50.30.

The Polar Bears may also compete in the 400 medley relay and the 400 free relay, as ONU met the NCAA :B: Cut in each.

Once selected to participate in the meet, swimmers can compete (if they wish) in any event in which they bettered the NCAA "B" Cut.

The Polar Bears posted an 11-2 record and won their ninth consecutive Ohio Athletic Conference title in 2012-13 under ninth-year head coach Peggy Ewald.
