Here are this week's lunch specials at The Inn at ONU, Ada.

Monday, March 24th

Classic B.L.T.: Bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on Texas toast.

Spring Salad: Spring greens with Feta cheese, walnuts, dried cherries, and
mandarin oranges.  Tossed in fat free raspberry vinaigrette.

Tuesday, March 25th

Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and
mayonnaise.  Served with kettle chips and a pickle.

Spinach Salad: Strawberries, walnuts and Bleu Cheese crumbles on a bed of
baby spinach.

Wednesday, March 26th

The Pittsburgh Plus: Corned beef topped with coleslaw, French fries, and
Provolone cheese on Texas toast.

Lime Chicken: Grilled chicken (cubed) with avocado, red onion, tomato, and
cilantro. Tossed with fresh lime and olive oil and served over spring mix.

Thursday, March 27th

Turkey Manhattan: Texas-style white bread piled with our home-style mashed
potatoes and oven-roasted turkey.  Topped with house-made gravy.

Club Salad: Turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar, Swiss, onion, and tomato on
Romaine.

Friday, March 28th

Spicy Shrimp Caesar Wrap: Spicy shrimp with Romaine, Parmesan cheese, and
Caesar dressing in a wrap.

Balsamic Cucumber and Watermelon Salad: Cucumber, watermelon, and red onion
tossed in a balsamic reduction. Served over fresh spinach and Feta cheese.
