Becky Neville’s Main Street Ada real estate brokerage became an independent agency this spring. Its name is now Beacon Realty.
“We continue with the same great service and professional attitude toward real estate,” she said.
Neville’s real estate background goes back 30 years in Hardin County. In July 2001, she opened her office on Main Street.
“I’m expanding our services. We now offer appraisals and market analysis,” said Neville, who is a licensed residential real estate appraiser in addition to being a broker.
Assisting Neville in Beacon Realty is Darla Crownhart, realtor, who has worked with Neville as a sales associate since 2007. Also on the staff is Skye VanAtta, an Ohio Northern University student, who is an office assistant. Both Neville and Crownhart are ONU grads.
Neville is a member of the West Central Association of Realtors, Heartland Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Locally she is a member of the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce, Ada CIC and Ada Rotary Club.
Beacon Realty handles residential, commercial, land, farm and property management. Its market includes Hardin, Allen, Hancock and Logan counties.
