ADA - Visiting Van Wert edged the Ada girls tennis team 3-2 at the park courts Tuesday evening.
The Lady Bulldog netters fell to 4-6 with the close defeat.
Victors for the Bulldogs were Meredith Marshall at first singles and Libbie Milks at second singles. Both won easily in straight sets.

Ada boys whip Lancers, extend streak
ADA - The Ada boys soccer team shut out visiting Lincolnview Tuesday 5-0 in a Northwest Conference match.
The Bulldog boys improved to 6-1 overall and 2-0 in the NWC with their fourth consecutive win.
Chris Reyes led the Ada offense with a pair of goals and two assists. Logan Williams scored two goals while Terry Sheridan netted one goal and doled out one assist.
Ace Gamble made four saves in goal for the Bulldogs.
Ada plays at Liberty-Benton Thursday.

LIMA - The visiting Ada girls tennis team lost 5-0 at Lima Central Catholic Wednesday evening.
The Lady Bulldog netters drop to 4-8 with the defeat.

Ada girls fall at VB
FINDLAY - The Ada girls soccer team lost at Van Buren Wednesday 3-0 in a defensive match.
The Bulldog girls fell to 3-6-1 overall with the defeat.
VB netted two goals in the first half and added another score after intermission to provide the final margin.
Mady Parker, Hannah Misler and Marisa Gilbert scored for the Lady Black Knights.
Rielyn Castle made 11 saves in goal for the Bulldogs. VB out-shot Ada, 14-8.
Ada (2-1 NWC) hosts league foe Bluffton Saturday at 10 a.m.
