Nancy Lou Kellum, 1946 - 2018

Nancy Lou Kellum, age 71, died on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 9:18 a.m. at her residence in Alger.

          She was born on September 26, 1946 in Monroe County, West Virginia to the late Hobart and Sallie (Taylor) Weikle.   Nancy was previously married to Thomas Ray Kellum, Sr. and he preceded her in death.

          Nancy retired from Associated Plastics of Ada.  She was a member of the Ada Full Gospel Pentecostal Church of God. 

          She is survived by two sons: Thomas (Kristine) Kellum, Jr of Ada and Patrick Dale (Cary) Kellum of Lima; a daughter, Denise Harmon of Alger; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren; three brothers: Charles (Hattie) Weikle, Pete (Diane) Weikle and Paul (Betty) Weikle all of West Virginia; and two sisters: Mabel Weikle Bennett of West Virginia and best friend Oma (Jack) Parkins of McGuffey.  

          She was preceded in death by five brothers: Johnnie Weikle, Alfred Weikle, Eldridge Weikle, Ronald Weikle and Robert Weikle; and a sister, Lillie Ward.

          Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 15, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada with Pastor Ray Hadley officiating.  It was Nancy’s request to be cremated following the funeral service.  

          Friends may call from one hour prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, P.O. Box 38, Ada, Ohio 45810 for the benevolence of the family.
