The following highway construction is scheduled to occur within Hardin County. Work is dependent upon weather conditions, and unless otherwise noted, it will take place during daytime hours.
The following routes within Hardin County will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for berm repair. Work is being performed by the ODOT Hardin County maintenance garage.
• State Route 67 between state Route 117 and Kenton
• State Route 68 between the Logan County line and Kenton
• State Route 235 between state Route 309 and Roundhead
• State Route 273 between the Logan County line and Mount Victory
• State Route 385 between the Auglaize County line and Roundhead
• State Route 53 between county Road 175 and county Road 90, between the city of Kenton and the village of Forest, is now open following a culvert replacement.
State Route 67 at township Road 119, west of the city of Kenton, will close Monday, June 3, for approximately 75 days for a culvert replacement. The project also includes the reprofiling of state Route 67 and township Road 119 to enhance sight distance at their intersection. Township Road 119 at state Route 67 will also be closed during the project. The following detours will be in place. Work is being performed by R & I Construction, Tiffin.
State Route 67 traffic will be detoured onto state Route 235 and state Route 309 back to state Route 67.
Township Road 119 traffic will be detoured onto township Road 95, township Road 180 and county Road 115 back to township Road 119.
State Route 67 between county Road 115 and township Road 135, west of the city of Kenton, will close Monday, June 3, for approximately three days for a culvert replacement. Traffic will be detoured onto state Route 235 and state Route 309 back to state Route 67. Work is being performed by the ODOT Hardin County maintenance garage.
