Ada man faces felony charges including promotion of child sex trafficking

Media Release issued by the Grant County, Indiana, Sheriff's Office on April 1, 2024. Marion, Indiana is located 51 miles southwest of Fort Wayne.

On Saturday, March 30, the Grant County Sheriff's Office responded to a call from Predator Catchers Incorporated (PCI) in reference to a Dennis James Roth, 64, from Ada, Ohio, who travelled to Marion from Ohio in what he believed was prearranged meeting to pick up children under the age 14 for sexual exploitation.

Mr. Roth has been charged with the following crimes.

Mack McCurry, age 74, of Ada, passed away on Sunday, April 31, 2024, at his residence.

Ada Police search home in connection with Indiana arrest

On March 30, 2024 the Ada Police Department was alerted to a video circulating around the internet showing a named indiviual that was taken into custody in Indiana.
