The Polar Bears improve to 3-1 overall and are 2-1 in the Ohio Athletic Conference with the victory, while the Purple Raiders fall to 4-2, 1-2.

Senior Sydney Veon (Riverside, Ill./Riverside-Brookfield) led the Polar Bears with four victories on the afternoon.

"Great day for us today," Ewald said. "We made some effective gains and swam tired yet fast. To turn around from our training trip in 48 hours and race this well, it is promising. We have more work to execute over the remainder of regular season. Tap the force of energy, we will!

The Polar Bears will take to the road next Friday night with a final OAC match of the season at Baldwin Wallace in the annual battle for the Golden Kickboard.
