JUNE 5 MEDIA RELEASE__The Foss-Agin-Meyer Post of the American Legion in Ada is proud to announce this year’s delegates to Buckeye Boys State and Buckeye Girls State. They are Kaylie Klear, Slade Gossman and Jadon Holbrook.
Kaylie is the daughter of Nick and Rachel Klear. She attends Ada High School where she is active in band, Varsity Singers band and the quiz bowl team. She is also active with her church, Our Lady of Lourdes and is an Eagle Scout with her Scouting America troop in Marion.

ADA__The Ada Gators summer swim team dove into its season opener by splitting a dual meet with visiting Wapakoneta at the Ada Municipal Pool Thursday evening, June 5.
The Gator boys team beat the Waves, 145 points to 122. Wapakoneta won the girls meet 270-86 to capture the combined meet by a score of 392-231.
“I am so proud of the job our swimmers did in our first meet,” said Ada head coach Dave Lusk. “We had a number of swimmers in their first meet ever. We also had some (people) swimming events they had never swum before.
