Introducing the 2014 Ada High School homecoming court

It’s homecoming week at Ada High School and on Friday evening a 2014 king and queen will be crowned in a pre-game ceremony prior to the Delphos Jefferson football game.

Here’s the members of this year’s court:

King candidates
Cort Everhart, son of Keith and Tammy Everhart.
He is the FFA president, senior class vice president, student council vice president, Foreign Language Club member, Aspirations team member, National Honor Society member, baseball letter winner and a scholar athlete.

Outside school interests include membership in Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, an employee of Community Markets, junior fair board member and Ada Disc Golf Association member.

Dylan Hannah, son of Tom and Hope Hannah.
He is a member of the Language Club, Film Club, is on the wrestling team and football team.

Austin Windle, son of Dawn and John Windle.
Austin is a member of the wrestling team, Book Club and Film Club. Outside school attends Alger Assembly of God and is a member of the Ada Disc Golf Association.

Queen candidates
Tessa Coulson is the daughter of Phil Coulson.

She is a member of the tennis team, basketball team, softball team and FFA. Outside school she attends Riley Creek Baptist Church.

Allison Howard is the daughter of Scott Howard and Rebecca Spradlin.
Her stepfather is James Spradlin.  She is a member of the Art Club, Language Club, Film Club and National Honor Society. She is president of the Film Club, vice president of the National Honor Society and secretary of the Language Club.

She won a short story and a poem for Interclass competition has had artwork accepted in the Kewpee Art Show, plus earned reserved best of show and multiple A ribbons for art at the Hardin County Fair.

Tori Wyss is the daughter of Todd and Meg Wyss.
She is a member of the Film Club, Language Club, and Book Club, is class treasurer, plays varsity basketball and volleyball and has received all-conference and district honors in both sports. She is also a member of the student council.

Outside of school she is a member of Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, volunteers for youth girls’ basketball and volleyball camps, and volunteers to manager booths at the Ada Farmers and Merchants Picnic.

Underclassmen

Juniors

Blake Willeke is the son of Mike and Jodi Willeke.
He is a member of student council, Language Club, FFA vice president, varsity basketball and varsity track. Outside school includes membership in Sugar Grove United Methodist Church.

Katey Stuart is the daughter of Fred and Susan Stuart.
She is a member of the volleyball team, swim team, track team, quiz bowl team, Language Club, vice president of the junior class and member of student council. Outside school she attends Bethel Church of Christ and volunteers in the church nursery.

Sophomores

Andrew Robey is the son of Donald and Angela Robey.
He is a member of the cross country team, swim team, FFA and Aspirations. Outside school he attends Liberty Baptist Church.

Jilian Wolber is the daughter of Fred and Vickie Wolber.
She is a member of Varsity Singers, treasurer of the Language Club, member of the Drama Club, plays softball and belongs to the Lima Bowling Association.

Freshmen

Jakob Hoschak is the son of Jason and Janelle Hoschak.
He is a member of the football team, basketball team, baseball team, student council and FFA. Outside school he attends Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church where is a member of the youth group.

Olivia Alexander is the daughter of Shelleigh and Rob Alexander.
She is a member of the volleyball team, softball team and yearbook staff. Outside school she attends Our Lady of Lourdes where she is a member of the youth group. She also volunteers at the Ada Food Pantry.
