Homemakers make plans for “Color Me Spring” Spring Achievement Day

The Hardin County Homemakers Council announced their annual Spring Achievement Day and Cultural Arts Show will be Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge, 801 Lima St, Kenton. The theme this year is “Color Me Spring.”

Plans for the program include “Toppers for Tea” by Jacque Sperling, Retired Art Educator, and member of the Good Intentions Club,  “Friendship Gardens” by Kim Thomas, Hardin County Master Gardener, “Get Up and Move” by Jami Dellifield, OSU Extension,  Family and Consumer Sciences Educator, “English Teas” by Sarah Seeley, native of England, co-owner of  A Spot for Tea, and a member of the ONU Pharmacy Staff.  Entertainment will be provided by pianist Alma Whetsel.

There will be time for viewing the Cultural Arts Display and voting for favorites.
A Soup and Sandwich Luncheon will be prepared and served by the Ladies of the Moose. Sign-in begins at 9 a.m. and the day concludes at 3 p.m.
