Want to quickly know the answer to most any question?

Students from 10 schools can probably recite the correct answer on Monday because academic scholars from 10 area schools will be here for a Quiz Bowl competition.

The quizzing starts at 4:30 p.m. and will last until 8 p.m. when a champion is crowned. Junior and senior high school students from Ada, Bluffton, Cory-Rawson, Crestview, Elida, Hardin Northern, Kenton, Liberty Benton, Riverdale, and USV will be on hand for the annual Ada Invitational this year.

Teams will answer questions in various classroom. Eight quizzes will be going on consecutively. There is no admission charge to attend. Dave Lusk is the tournament director and organizer.

Members of the Ada Quiz Team are (front row, from left): Advisor Dave Lusk, Lyric Jones, Kiser Colley, Melina Woods and Austin Amburgey.

Back row: Noah Pinkney, Alex Hurtig, Erryk Katayama, and Terry Sheridan.

This Ada Icon photo was taken in November after the team won the conference championship, which qualified them for regional competition on April 21 in Van Wert.
