Let's put school weather delays behind us

It's March - and here's this month's Ada school activities

CHECK OUT THE SPIRIT WEEK DRESS CHART AT BOTTOM OF STORY -

With the calendar reading “March” perhaps the school-delay winter season is behind Ada schools.

Lots of events are on the calendar this month at the school. Here’s an update from the school website:

• This summer, ONU will host its 15th Summer Academic and Honors Institute for gifted high school students who will be freshmen, sophomores, juniors or seniors in 2019-20.

It includes 15 challenging courses in June.  See Mrs. Prater or Mr. Lusk if you are interested.

• Mr. Lusk is collecting snack-size Pringle cans for elementary science night Tuesday, March 12.  If you bring snack size Pringles in your lunch, please drop the empty can in the box in the cafeteria of give it to Mr. Lusk.

Thanks to Dr. Seuss, this is spirit/dress-up week as Reading Across America is celebrated. The graphic below this story shows the dress up day themes.
