Zoning board of appeals hearing Aug. 20
The Ada Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hearing at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 20, in the Ada depot to hear a varience request, according to Michael Harnishfeger, zoming inspector.
The request is by the owner of 522 N. Johnson St. The owner is requesting to add a garage to the rear (east) of his home, which will encroach into required setback to both sides (north and south).
The Ada Code requires an 8-foot setback from the side lot lines. For more information contacct Harnishfeger at 419-634-0010.
