Funeral service on Tuesday for Lucy Rowe

Lucy Dyer Rowe, 88 passed away on Friday Nov. 20, at 7:05 p.m. at her home in Alger, surrounded by her family.

She was born on May 19, 1932, in Jump, Ohio, to the late Seward and Mary (Hurt) Dyer. Lucy married Abe Rowe on Nov. 9, 1950, and he preceded her in death on May 3, 2015.

Lucy was a homemaker. She also traveled with her husband Abe as they evangelized and spread the gospel of Jesus. They traveled in a bus they had remodeled and touched many lives. Lucy was also a pastor's wife when Abe was the Pastor of Quickstep Church. Lucy continued to play a role in ministry alongside Abe when they became members of Ada Full Gospel. Lucy was known by many for her faithfulness and prayer life. Lucy has spent many hours in prayer for her family and for friends who would come calling on her for help. Of all the things Lucy was, she was a prayer warrior.
