Kurt Krendl worked for Krendl Machine

Kurt A. Krendl, age 60, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 2:28 p.m. at Mercy Health–St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.

He was born on August 13, 1961 in Lima, Ohio to the late John M. “Jack” and Mary A. (Schulte) Krendl. On August 20, 2011 Kurt married Lucinda D. Staley, and she survives in Ada.

Kurt worked for Krendl Machine. He enjoyed traveling and grilling. He loved his dogs. Kurt loved his grandchildren. 

Also surviving are his six children: Lisa (Adam) Blockberger of Middle Point, Tara (Lance) Osting of Ft. Jennings, Kasey (Taylor) Krendl of Lima, Shelly (Cameron Post) Krendl of Lima, Trent (Hayley) Dysert of Willoughby and Colby (Kylie) Dysert of Leo-Cedarville, IN; ten grandchildren: Chloe, Corbin, Colton, Bryar, Kylinn, Kennedy, Bentley, Camreigh, Kollyns and Capri; six brothers: Lee (Kathy) Krendl of Van Wert, Dave (Debbie) Krendl of Delphos, Pat (Linda) Krendl of Cridersville, Thomas (Teresa Velasquez) Krendl of Marana, AZ, Joe (Cindy) Krendl of Continental and Jeff (Tracy) Krendl of Ft. Jennings; and two sisters: Julie (Chris) Ernst of Batavia and Laura Stocksdale of Delphos.

He was preceded in death by two brothers: Matthew Krendl and Michael Krendl; and a granddaughter, Faith.

Memorial services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 8, 2021 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada with Marty Clum officiating. Burial of ashes will be in Desenberg Cemetery, LaFayette. The funeral service for Kurt will be live streamed on the Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services Facebook Page beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 8.
