Seven open houses on Sunday

Century 21 Sunway Realty, Ada and Kenton, will hold a seven-location open house on Sunday, March 31, from 3:30 to 5 p.m., according to Becky Reed.

The locations are:
319 W. North St., hosted by Samantha Huff
307 S. Park Dr., hosted by Sharon Music
112 E. Montford Ave., hosted by Anthony and Crissy Whitaker

819 Kohler St., hosted by Pat Davidson
524 N. Detroit St., hosted by Antwilla Davis
125 N. Leighton St., hosted by Tara Howell

Ada Dairy B's open for the season

Ice cream comes soft served and hand-dipped as sundaes, shakes, soda floats and cyclones

The sun is out and the temperature is rising.

That means that the Ada Dairy B’s is open for the season. The ice cream drive-in at 4209 State Route 235 south of Ada opened a week ago.

This season’s hours are Mondays through Saturdays 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays, noon to 9 p.m. The kitchen closes nightly at 8:30 p.m.

Ice cream comes soft served and hand-dipped as sundaes, shakes, soda floats and cyclones. The menu also includes sandwiches, hot dogs, soft drinks  and several side dishes.

Raspberry brie, Spanakopita, poached eggs, winter cheese board, macarons, hot apple cider and donuts … just for starters.

The table set, many tables, in fact, filled the McIntosh Ballroom as Flavours showcased its wide-range of food catering choices on March 15 to invited guests to promote its catering program.

Elaine Adams, catering director, said the Sodexo catering service handles hundreds of events year-around, and it want to expand its catering.

Open house Sunday at 16534 TR 51

Property will be auctioned on April 20

An open house is set for 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, March 24, at 16534 Township Road 51, Bluffton.

The property will be auctioned on April 20. The property includes approximately 23.6 acres and a homesite in three parcels. The country home and building is on approximaately 2.5 acres in Section 30 of Union Township, Hancock County.

Siefker Real Estate and Auction Co., Ottawa, is handling the open house and auction.
