Ada Icon owners available to talk with Ada service clubs

A standing invitation: Want to know more about The Ada Icon? Fred and Mary P. Steiner, Icon owners, offer their services to speak with any Ada service club, organization or interested viewers.

"We'd like to explain all the features that The Ada Icon offers," said Fred Steiner. "We are available anytime this summer to meet with interested groups. The Ada Icon has many features and we want Ada residents to take advantage of these."

Ada/Lost Creek swim team practices underway

Swim team practice is underway!

The Ada/Lost Creek swim team practice started today. Practice is from 1 to 11 a.m. The team's schedule follows: (All meets start at 6 p.m.)

11 - Ada/LC at Shawnee
14 - Sherwood at Ada/LC
18 - Ada/LC at Van Wert
21 - Westside at Ada/LC
25 - Ada/LC at Wapakoneta
28 - Bluffton at Ada/LC
July
2 - Kenton at Ada/LC
13-14 - League championships at Bluffton

School’s Out!!!!
Ask any student what is most important about today (Thursday, May 24th), and the answer will probably come faster than lightning: “It’s the last day of school!”

Drive Time Driving Instruction opens Ada office; first class begins June 10

Driver's education just became a little more convenient for students in the Ada and Allen East area. Drive Time Driving Instruction, LLC, has opened a new classroom in Ada at 4171 State Route 235.

Drive Time Driving Instruction first opened its doors in spring 2010 with classrooms in Findlay and Bluffton. Since that time, comfortable, convenient and quality education has been provided to nearly 700 teens representing 20 area high schools.

And boy, was the water cold! May 29 was the first day that the Ada swimming pool opened for the season. Click here for a video.
