The Inn at ONU offers busy June schedule of events

The Inn at ONU, Ada's full-service hotel, has built a reputation for quality and customer services. Guests at The Inn experience luxurious accommodations, fine dining and friendly staff.

To continue to meet its guests’ needs, The Inn will undergo building improvements and enhancements over the summer.

These will be completed in four phases. The Inn will continue to operate as normal during the first two phases of the work.

The third phase begins July 27 and will be completed late August. During the third phase, The Inn's culinary services will be closed; therefore, any room reservations made during the third phase will be reduced by $10 per person.

Art is all around us. Take, for example, the brickwork above the doorway to the Ada post office. It's something you don't notice every day, but it is always present

All Day Gospel Sing at the Park June 30

The All Day Gospel Sing is set for the Ada Park, Saturday, June 30. Watch The Icon for the schedule of performers. Barbecue tickets for a Harlan's Chicken Barbecue are now available at $7 a ticket.

Additional food will be available at the event.

 

Business displays available at Liberty National Bank

Ada's Liberty National Bank, is inviting local business to set up a monthly display in its lobby.  The display enables businesses to showcase their business and services.  For details call Linda Fleming at 419-634-5015 ex. 1110.

Win tickets to Kings Island and other prizes in Community Health Professionals raffle

Community Health Professionals of Ada is selling raffle tickets for their Hospice funraiser. 

Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.  First ticket drawn will be for a valuable prizes from area business.

Second ticket drawn will be for two tickets to Kings Island. Tickets are available from Quest Federal Credit Union, Health Chek, or Deb Curlis at CHP. Drawing to be held Friday, June 15.

Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership comes to Ada

The Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) seminar is in Ada Saturday, June 9. Participants will be at the Ada Fire Department, 525 N. Main St., from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Participants will be involved in a community service project.

Participants will be at ONU from June 7 to 10.
