ONU vs Wilmington at home Saturday

The Polar Bears also got 81 yards rushing and a touchdown from RB A.J. Marks and 44 yards rushing and three touchdowns from RB Brock Martin. ONU led 21-7 at halftime and 28-7 after three periods. ONU out-gained MU 459-422 in total offense. Northern stopped MU on three of its trips to the red zone, forcing a missed field goal and stopped the Muskies twice on downs on back-to-back possessions in the third quarter. LB David Haseleu had a career-high 12 tackles and LB Mark Niles had 11 tackles for ONU.

ONU Leaders: The ONU running game is led by QB Anthony McFadden (22 att, 180 yards), RB A.J. Marks (18 att, 129 yards, 1 TD) and RB Brock Martin (29 att, 120 yards, 5 TDs). QB Anthony McFadden is 27-of-46 passing for 355 yards and 4 TDs. WR Chad Rex (13 rec, 128 yards, 2 TDs) and WR Caleb Saalfeld (5 rec, 113 yards, 1 TD) lead the receiving corps. LB Mark Niles, LB David Haseleu and S Andrew Valenti lead the defense with 26, 22 and 17 tackles, respectively.
