The Band Loco performs for residents of Vancrest on Wednesday afternoon. Consisting of Patti Meier and her husband, Mike, the Wapakoneta duo entertains at Vancrest once a month. She said their appearances there are "very rewarding; I can't think of anything else I'd rather be doing."
