Bird's-eye view

This is an aerial view of the $15 million waste water treatment plant that became operational in April of 2016. The photo was taken with a drone by Peterson Construction of Wapakoneta, the general contractor for the project. The road at left is East Lincoln. The road at the bottom of the photo is the drive leading into the plant. A new item was added to the bill in recent years to pay for the construction. The bill increases in $5 increments, which now amounts to $25 a month with the most recent increase appearing on the September bill. Village council has not determined if and when there will be future increases.
