Changing of the banner

Jeff Schulman, incoming Kiwanis district lieutenant governor, (left), receives a banner from Robert Day of Lima, the outgoing officer. The banner signifies that the Ada Kiwanis Club is home to the district lieutenant governor which includes clubs in St. Mary’s, Celina, Coldwater, Lima, and Ada. Schulman is a practicing attorney in Ada, Kenton, and Urbana and a former mayor of Ada. He joined Kiwanis 40 years ago and has served as local president twice and as district lieutenant governor previously. The changing of the banner from Lima to Ada took place at a dinner meeting Tuesday in McIntosh Center.
