Khyler Scoll, 2020 Ada High School graduate and Alex Black of Van Wert, both GROB Systems apprentices, painted fire hydrants in Bluffton on Friday, along with other first-year GROB apprentices. This was this team's third hydrant and they expected to paint a dozen on Friday. Several other GROB apprentice teams are also volunteering in the fire hydrant paint project.
