Seven Ada High School art students have had works of art accepted by the annual Kewpee High School Art Invitational at ArtSpace/Lima. The show at 65-67 Town Square, Lima, runs from February 11-26. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and admission is free.
Wyliam Bowden has been awarded 1st Place in Ceramics for Large Ruffle Bowl.
Also featured in the juried show are Kameron Mooney, Audrey Pope, Kylee Pott, Shaina Phillips, Isaac Williams and Sabina Zheng.
Karl W. Reid, Ed.D., CDP, a leading national advocate for diversity and inclusion will be the featured speaker for Ohio Northern University’s T.J. Smull College of Engineering as part of its Spotts Lecture Series. The free, public event will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 21 at the Freed Center for the Performing Arts.

Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) will host a special Facebook Live on Wednesday, February 16 at noon, to discuss the current state of COVID-19 in our community.
Serving as hosts of the event will be William Kose, MD, vice president of special projects and Renee Smith, MD, chief medical officer.

The Ohio Rural Health Association (ORHA) is forming a young professionals group to provide networking, mentoring and additional educational opportunities to newer and soon-to-be pharmacists in rural settings.
