Ada chamber plans special breakfast meeting
The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce provided The Icon with several news items of interest to the community this summer.
According to Deb Curliss, interim president: "The next Ada Chamber membership meeting is going to be special. We will be meeting at 7:30 a.m. at McIntosh Center, ONU. Breakfast (compliments from ONU) will be available then the business meeting will take place. Ending no later than 9:00 a.m. A RSVP will be sent out closer to the date."

Monday, June 25, Exclusive Hair Design will hold a benefit in memory of Maria Katlin Suarez. Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Men cuts are $6 and women's $10. They will be cuts only. Restore will also be holding a bake sale that day at Exclusive.
Ada Theature's movie of the week is "Brave."
Metz Pets, 180 State Route 309, Ada says - Watch out for Anxiety in your pets this summer. Stressful situations are extreme heat, storms and fireworks.
June 27th is the next By Local committee meeting. 8 a.m. at McDonald's. Final plans wil be announced for the July 13 Music on Main Event.
Nominations are being taken for chamber Vice President and a Board seat. These positions will be voted on at the July 18 meeting. Contact Curliss for nominations.
Don't forget Farmers Market! Thursday's at the Depot parking lot. As produce matures there will be greater selection to choose from.
