Riblet, Dunlap win individual titles

ADA__The Ada High School wrestling team finished ninth at its own annual 20-team invitational tournament on Saturday, February 7.

Ada senior Sila Riblet captured the 126 lbs. tournament title, while Bulldog freshman Carter Dunlap won the 106 lbs. crown.

Van Buren won the team crown with 160.5 points. Spencerville came in second (142), while Ada and Riverdale tied for a respectable ninth-place finish with 82 points.

ADA__The Ada High School boys basketball team raced to a big early lead and defeated visiting Blanchard Valley Conference foe Pandora-Gilboa 56-37 on Senior Night Friday night, February 6.

The Bulldogs shut out P-G 13-0 in the first quarter to set the tone. Ada then poured in 23 second-period points to build an insurmountable 36-9 halftime lead.

Ada High School celebrated Senior Night for winter sports 2025-2026 on Saturday, February 6 at the boys basketball game vs. Pandora-Gilboa.
