Rhythm in Motion Dance Centre owner Darcey Schneider announced today that the Centre will open at a new location in Ada: 220 North Main Street. Students and families will be familiar with the location as it’s directly next door to the current and soon-to-be former location at 222 North Main.

"With the new lease freshly signed Wednesday, we are currently entering the space and renovating it for dance purposes, but thankfully this new space does not require much work," she said.

"We will still hold classes in the former location until the middle of August, and our open house will continue as planned in the 222 N. Main location on Saturday, Aug. 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.," she said.

"We have yet to set a date for a grand opening, where families can experience our new space and the exciting new touches we have planned, but we will make sure that date is very public once we have settled upon one," added Schneider.

"The owner of the 222 N. Main St. space has informed us that space will be converted into use by another business," she said.

Schneider continued: "We are extremely excited about this opportunity. It gives us an opportunity to take what we’ve learned over five years in business and apply it with a fresh, new start.

"We also feel it confirms our dedication to our current students, future students and the communities of Ada, Bluffton, Lima and Kenton as well as Hardin, Allen and Hancock counties. We know everyone will agree that this move is an improvement once they see what we have in store."
