Shane Tanner Rowe, age 19, died Thursday, July 12, 2012 in the early morning at his residence in Harrod.
He was born on July 26, 1992 in Hardin County, Ohio to Bernie and Teresa (Nichols) Rowe and they survive in Harrod, Ohio.
Shane worked at the Alger Freeze and was attending Rhodes State College and majoring in Computer Technology. He graduated from Allen East High School with honors in 2010.
While at school Shane played football, was a wrestler and played in the band.
Also surviving are two sisters: Angela R. Walters of Virginia and Lesley (Mark) Richards of Harrod; three nieces: Chelsea (Joe) Shields, Nicole Rogers and Madison Richards; a great niece, Caliegh Shields; a great nephew, Luke Shields; Numerous Aunts and Uncles.
A funeral service will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, July 16, 2012 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger with Pastor David Trusty officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger and until time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
