The post card reads: "Our busy day, Ada, Ohio." The message side lists an August 7, 1907, Ada postmark. The post card was mailed to John Trainer of Sparta, Ohio, Morrow County.
The message, in ink, below the photo reads: "Social Progress" winning Lehr Prize was published July 12. Think we sent you a copy several days ago. Very truly, Harold.
We don't know the event that attracted so many people, dressed up, to downtown Ada. The photo is taken at the railroad track looking south.
