Women's basketball ranked No. 15 in D3hoops.com poll; No. 19 in USA Today sports coaches poll
The Ohio Northern women's basketball team rose two spots in both the D3hoops.com poll and the USA Today Sports Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll.
The Polar Bear are ranked No. 15 in the D3hoops.com poll and No. 19 in the USA Today Sports Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll.
In the D3hoops.com poll, ONU received 217 points.
DePauw (Ind.) remained in the top sport with 623 points, fellow OAC foe Mount Union is second with 583 points and Calvin (Mich.) remains No. 3 with 523 points.
The Polar Bears were ranked No. 24 in the first weekly poll, No. 20 in the second poll and No. 17 in the third poll.
In the USA Today Sports Poll, ONU got 53 votes to put them at No. 19.
The top three remains the same with DePauw (Ind.) ranked No. 1 with 200 points, followed by Mount Union, Calvin (Mich), St. Thomas (Minn) and Washington University (Mo.).
Ohio Northern, who has won eight straight games, will be in action on Wednesday night when they travel to Otterbein for a 7:30 pm game.
