New Ada chiropractor likes the community's small-town feel
When Todd Gillfillan was growing up, he was a patient of Dr. L.E. Hubbell, Ada chiropractor.
“I had bloody noses and ear infections,” said Gillfillan. “Dr. Hubbell always took care of me.”
In December, Dr. Todd Gillfillan, D.C., joined Dr. Hubbell in the Family Chiropractic Center practice, at 108 N. Main St., Ada.
Dr. Gillfillan, whose father is a Ridgemont High School graduate and whose mother is a Kenton High School graduate, said that he always had family in Hardin County, but he lived most of his growing up years in Cincinnati.
After graduating from Miami (Ohio) University with a bachelor’s of science in accounting in 2009, he was accepted and enrolled in the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. He graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic, D.C., in September.
In December he joined the Ada practice, sharing space with Dr. Hubbell.
“I was always interested in the medical profession,” said Dr. Gillfillan. “The chiropractic approach offers a natural approach without surgery and medication and that is what I like. I’ve appreciated working in Ada. It has a small-town feel and people are helpful and welcoming.”
