The Icon's recent "So, you think you know Ada?" photo brought an explanation about the "Kipker 1968" block at the top of the building.
Jennifer Kipker provided the Icon with the following information:
The building is now owned by my husband, Bob Kipker, but was previously owned by his grandfather, Louis Kipker, Sr.
There had been another building beside it that burned down years ago, exposing a wall that wasn't intended to be exterior, therefore it was deteriorating.
Bob and his friend, Tim Rayl, spent 4 years replacing that wall, brick by brick, row by row.

Folklore - Taylor Swift
Swift’s new direction is a good one for this album. Folklore is a commercial and critical success. While unlikely to go down as the artist’s best album, there is more than enough creativity, artistry, and variety to keep the Swifties happy.
