Here's the latest on the Blanchard Pleasant Buckeye 4-H club

On May 6th, the Blanchard Pleasant Buckeyes held their 4th meeting. The meeting started at 7pm with a softball game as recreation. Molly Wilson presided over the meeting and choose members to lead the pledges. Brenna Flowers lead the 4-H pledge, while Lexi Thompson led the Pledge of Allegiance.
48 members, 9 advisors, and 6 guests were present. The canned food drive for the Hardin Northern Food Pantry was held. Blanchard Pleasant Buckeye members brought in over 400 cans and Jorie and Sara Morris won a free pizza of choice for most cans brought. Shortly after the drive Lydia Rush explained to our members how they can become healthier teens.
Final dues and fees for project books were paid this meeting. Chase Eikenbary quizzed members with trivia. Grant Hites led the Lord's Prayer before Mikalea Ayers and Kamryn Dye provided cookies and Gatorade as refreshments.
The next meeting will be held June 3rd and is the Livestock Quality Assurance meeting. All members with livestock projects MUST be present. Non- Livestock members will have a project study session. This meeting will also be held in the HN Ag building at 7:00pm.
