The Ada Public Library will host its Summer Reading Kick-off on Saturday, June 8 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. according to Amanda Bennett, library director.
In addition to being able to sign up the whole family (all ages) for summer reading the day will feature many activities, including "Touch-a-Truck", where little ones can explore an Ada Fire truck, a police car, an ambulance and a tractor.
There will also be a 4H sponsored petting zoo, face painting and a huge used book sale with over 1000 titles available.
All of this is free and everyone is welcome.
