Patricia A. "Patty" Fraley, 1950-2013
Patricia A. "Patty" Fraley, age 62, died Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 6:53 PM at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
She was born on July 29, 1950 in Lima, Ohio to Ervin and Bethel (Prater) Collins, who preceded her in death. She first married Carey Hawk and they are divorced. She then married Carl Fraley on July 28, 1978 and he survives in Alger, Ohio.
Patty previously worked at ACE Hardware in Kenton and The Barr 5&10 Store for over 20 years. She retired from the Mary Lou Johnson Hardin County Library where she worked as a Librarian Assistant. She was a member of the Ada Full Gospel Church.
Also surviving are a son, Daniel (Fiance' Ashley Phillips) Fraley of Alger; two daughters, Stephanie (George) Cannode of Kenton and Ashley (Josh Tudor) Roberts of Forest; seven grandchildren: Jessica Cannode, Brooke Cannode, Chris Cannode, Saijyn Roberts, Baikyr Roberts,Phenyx Tudor and Bradley Motter; a sister: Cheryl (Michael) Musto of Lima.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Collins and brother, Frederick Collins.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26, at Ada Full Gospel Church at 1047 State Route 235, Ada, with Rev. Karen Rarey officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery.
Friends may call 2 p.m.-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mary Lou Johnson Hardin County Library, Kenton and/or Charity of the Donor's Choice.
