It's a garage saler's dream. Forty-three garage sales in the larger Ada community on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Aug. 8-9-10. Simply put, it's the Main Street Across American 2013 Buy-Way Yard Sale, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the famous Lincoln Highway.

Four attachments to this story provide lists, addresses and dates of the 43 area garage sales.

The Ada Community Improvement Corp. (CIC) and Ada Area Chamber of Commerce work cooperatively to staff the CIC/Chamber information tent on Main Street during the days of the sale. 

Volunteers are always appreciated, according to Angela Polachek of the village. "We need additional volunteers for the following times:

• Thursday - 10 am - noon; noon - 2 pm
• Friday - noon - 2 pm; 2 pm - 4 pm
• Saturday - 8 am - 10 am; 10 am - noon; noon - 2 pm

"If you are interested in volunteering, or have questions, please let me know," she added.
