Relay for Life 5K Glow Run rescheduled for Oct. 4
The Ohio Northern University’s Colleges Against Cancer 5K Glow Run originally planned for Sept. 20 has been rescheduled. The new event date is Friday, Oct. 4. The event was postponed due to the weather on Sept. 20.
The run will start at 8 p.m. at the Green Monster, which is the track surrounding the perimeter of the campus. The race will begin by the mud volleyball courts, east of the football field.
Registration is $15 and includes a T-shirt and glow sticks. The first 15 participants to register will receive extra glow gear.
This event is open not only to ONU students and faculty, but also Ada and the surrounding communities. All proceeds will go to Relay for Life.

Colleges Against Cancer provides students with the means to fight back against cancer. The Colleges Against Cancer committee at ONU is a dedicated group of college students who plan ONU's Relay For Life event that occurs each spring. The 2013 Relay for Life event at Ohio Northern raised nearly 18,000 for the American Cancer Society.
