Interim reports go home with Ada students Dec. 6
December is a busy month at the Ada schools. Here's a sampling of events from today's Ada school website.
DATES TO REMEMBER:
December 6 – Interim Reports sent home with all students
December 9 – Fall Sports Awards – 7 p.m. in K-12 Gym
December 17 – Geography Bee – 9:20 a.m. in Auditorium
December 18 and 19 – First Semester Exams
December 23 through January 5 – Holiday Break
January 6 – School classes resume
NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY MEETING: There will be a National Honor Society Meeting on Wednesday, December 4th in the media center during 5B lunch. All current NHS members should eat first then report to the media center at 12:50. See Mrs. Lyn Davis if you have any questions.
LANGUAGE CLUB NEWS: The Language Club Christmas party will be after school on Thursday, December 12th. See Mrs. Davis for party details.
DO YOU HAVE THE BEAT? Hey Ada High School…..Do you have the beat? The BEATS by DrDre of course! All 6th through 12th grade students interested in winning a headset need to start collecting Box Tops and Campbell Soup labels. For every 10 you bring in, you will receive a chance at winning a headset of your color choice. The last day to enter is Friday, December 13th. The winner will be drawn on live video feed during morning announcements. See your Language Arts teacher for baggies and slips to fill out for the drawing. There will be a winner for both middle school and high school.
FALL SPORTS AWARDS: Will be on Monday, Dec. 9th at 7:00 pm. in the auditorium.
