School cancellations for Ada students simply mean students go online for assignments
For the third straight day, Ada schools are closed. However, thanks to the Internet, Ada students have a "virtual school."
An email to students today instructed that Students should access online assignments through the school website adabulldogs.org.
The assignment: Complete Day 1 assignments.
Here are the directions for students to access their assignments:
• Students should access their assignments online using Ada Moodle. Students as parents can find Ada Moodle listed under the Students/Parents tab.
• You may access assignments by clicking Log in as Guest when needed or by using your Ada network account. To access calamity plans:
Elementary students should:
• Under the course categories on the left click Calamity Day Lesson plans then click Elementary
• Plans are organized by grade level. Open the grade level of your student for the current day.
Junior High/High School students should:
• Under the course categories on the left click Calamity Day Lesson plans then click High School
• You will need to find the plan for each teacher that you have during the day.
• All plans are in Adobe Reader format. Students are expected to have work completed upon return to school. Students without internet access at home will receive their work upon returning to school and will have 2 weeks to complete the assignment.
If you have any questions please email your teachers.
