Sylvia Harsh, 1952-2014
Sylvia L. Harsh, 62, died on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 4:40 p.m. at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Kenton.
She was born February 15, 1952, in Bluffton, Ohio, to Lawrence and Norma Y. (Obenour) Weller and they preceded her in death. She married Neil Alden Harsh and he died in 1977.
Sylvia was a homemaker. She was baptized and a former member of the Church of Christ, Ada. She is survived by three daughters, Tammy L. (Michael Young) Harsh of McGuffey, Amy M. (Matthew Fry) Harsh of McGuffey, and Jennifer Y. (Joe, II) Bailey, of Foraker; three brothers, Larry Weller of Lima, Kevin (Phyllis) Weller of Texas, and Terry Weller of Clearfield, Utah; four sisters, Judy Long of Forest, Diana Marguart of Dunkirk, Cheryl (Bill) Rowe of Alger, and Jeannine Sifrit of Kenton; and eleven grandchildren, Dylan, Coty, Chelsey, Makenna, Brittney, Emily, Courtney, Tyler, Josie, Jasmine, and Jalyn. She is also survived by Raymond Donnal, Jr.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the McGuffey Church of Christ with Pastor Jacob Huber officiating.
