Lorna Pryor 1946-2014
Lorna J. Pryor, 68, died Monday, June 2, 2014 at 6:40 p.m. at Baton Rogue Community Health Services, Lima.
She was born on January 17, 1946 in Kenton, Ohio to Raymond and Kathleen (Holbrook) Gerlach. Her father is deceased and her mother survives in Kenton, Ohio. Special Friend Robert Rowe survives in Kenton.
She retired from Inno-Plas of Kenton after working 8 years as a press operator.
Also surviving are four sons: Terry Joe (Kim) Hildreth of Johnsville, Cory Allan (Sabrina) Hildreth of Mt. Vernon, Raymond Wesley (LeAnn) Pryor of Ada and David Shane Pryor of Dunkirk; one daughter, Lorie Ann Hastings of Ada; three step sons: Robert (Becky) Rowe of Ridgeway, Jim (Brandi) Rowe of Kenton and Chris Rowe of Washington; a sister, Sherrie (Dennis) Wilson of Belle Center; seventeen grandchildren and one great grandson.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Larry David Gerlach.
Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 6 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger, with Pastor Bill Prater officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 5 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger, and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
