Hardin Dems open headquarters in Kenton
The ribbon-cutting and official opening of the Hardin County Democrats Headquarters office will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 16 North Main Street, Kenton. The headquarters will remain open for one hour.
Candidate information, yard signs and other campaign materials will be available. If you would like to volunteer to work in the headquarters or help our candidates in any way, please come to sign up on Wednesday or any time the headquarters is open. The Democrat Headquarters will be open noon until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m until noon on Saturdays.
Registration forms for persons to register for the first time or for change of address or change of name will be available but must be turned in to the Board of Elections in the courthouse basement by 8 p.m., Monday, October 6. Absentee mail ballot requests are available. As of now, early voting begins at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in the Board of Elections office in the courthouse basement.
If you are coming Wednesday, you are invited to bring some snacks to share with those people who will be working in the headquarters.
