Cash mob Nov. 20 at Reichart's
The Buy Ada First Committee is having a cash mob at Reichart's, 111-113 S. Main St., from 3-5 p.m., Thursday, November 20.
The cash mob takes place at one of Ada’s most prominent retai stores.
"Fred Reichert welcomed our invitation to host the cash mob. Fred hosted the first-ever cash mob in Ada back in October of 2012,” said Heather Cox, member of the committee.
Cox said that to make the cash mob even more inviting to customers, Reichert’s will offer 10 percent off all items purchased during the cash mob.
“Participation is easy, tell your friends, show up, make a purchase large or small and celebrate your local community. Join in the fun and give a local business a boost,” said Cox.
How can residents participate and spread the word? The Buy Ada First Committee encourages residents to use social media, such as Facebook and Twitter, to spread the word about the November 20 event.
Reichert's was established in 1952 starting with men’s clothing and shoes. In 1962 Reichert's moved to its current location 111-113 S. Main St. Expanding from men’s clothing and shoes into boys and ladies clothing, active wear and shoes. Today men’s and ladies clothing, casual wear, active wear, shoes, screen printing, embroidery, tuxedo rental and dry cleaning are available at Reichert's.
