Here's the latest from the Ada Kiwanis Club
The Ada Kiwanis Club met on Tuesday November 11, 2014 at 12:00 noon at The New China Restaurant, downtown Ada. President John Berg called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon.
In business:
-Bryan Marshall, Treasurer, updated members on club finances.
-Members approved updated by-laws for the Pioneer Aktion Club.
-The satellite club met last Wednesday. They will meet tomorrow night at 6:00 p.m. at Community Health Professionals.
-Ohio Kiwanis District Governor Diana Keplinger will visit Divisions 2 and 3 on Thursday night at the Sidney Moose Lodge. Four members, John Berg, Joe Ferguson Jeff Schulman and Jon Umphress are planning to attend.
-Upcoming Meetings/Events:
-November 25th: no meeting
-December 2nd: business but no board meeting
-December 9th: brief business & board meeting-program (Peter Previte)
-December 16th: joint Christmas party with Rotary
-December 23rd and 30th-no meeting
The Ada Kiwanis meets at noon each Tuesday in McIntosh Center, ONU. Guests are always welcome.
