The Ada Kiwanis Club met on Tuesday January 6, 2015 at 12:00 noon at McIntosh Center, Ohio Northern University, Ada President John Berg called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon.

The membership anniversaries of Claudia Crawford (January 6, 1998) and Sandy Neely (January 8, 2006) were noted. Thank you notes were received from O.N.U. Circle K for the club’s recent support for Operation Christmas Child, Ada Food Pantry for the club’s recent support, and USV Head Start for the club’s support of their Christmas program.

In business:
-Members heard an updated financial report from Treasurer Bryan Marshall.
-There will be a board meeting today following the regular meeting.
-The satellite will be meeting this Wednesday at Community Health Professionals at 6:00 p.m.
-The 63rd annual Pancake and Sausage Day was set for Saturday March14th at the Ada High School Cafeteria. Serving will be from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tickets will be available soon. Please watch for future details.
-A joint fund raiser with the Ada VFW was discussed.
