Paul E. Risner funeral service on Friday morning
Funeral services for Paul E. Risner will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, with Pastor Trent Boedicker officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, and until time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Risner, 76, died at 8:33 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, in an auto accident.
He was born on Oct. 23, 1938, in Lima, Ohio to Elmer R. and Ellen Elizabeth (Gilroy) Risner and they preceded him in death. On May 19, 1956, he married Carolyn J. Gullett and she survives in Bluffton.
Mr. Risner retired from Rockwell where he worked as a machinist. He attended Grace Gospel Church of Ada.
Also surviving are three sons: Jeffrey (Rhonda) Risner of Ada, Alan (Tammy) Risner of Bluffton and David Risner; three grandchildren: Kyle, Nathan and Kelsey; two sisters: Judy Risner of Findlay and Brenda Risner of Lima.
He was preceded in death by four brothers: Rev. Russell Risner, Joe Risner, Michael Risner and Larry Risner; three sisters: Victoria Risner, Marilyn Rolston and Joyce Comer
The family request no flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Gospel Church of Ada.
