On Freed Center stage: ‘Mutts Gone Nutts’

The Ohio Northern University Freed Center for the Performing Arts presents “Mutts Gone Nutts” on Saturday, March 14 at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The evening performance is sold out, however, tickets still remain for the matinee showing at 4 p.m.

“Mutts Gone Nuts” is a comedy variety show involving a talented cast of both people and pooches. The performance features nine amazing canine partners that were adopted from shelters and rescues. Every year, millions of animals enter shelters, many through no fault of their own. Spreading the message of responsible pet ownership, this top-notch, family-friendly show includes stunt dogs, dancing dogs, trick dogs, Frisbee dogs and even talking dogs.

Tickets are $20 for general admission, $15 for seniors, $10 for ONU faculty/staff and $8 for ONU students and children. If you live or work in the Village of Ada, Allen or Hardin County all tickets are $5 (with ID). Member tickets $10. The discounted tickets options are walk-up or phone only. There is no limit. The Freed Center box office is open Monday through Friday from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Box office hours during spring break are Tuesday through Thursday 10 to 5 p.m.  Phone orders are accepted with American Express, MasterCard, VISA or Discover by calling 419-772-1900.
