Marilyn Lansing was a retired Triplett employee
Marilyn Joanne Lansing, 88, died on Sunday, March 1, 2015, at 2 p.m. at her son’s residence in Ada.
She was born on Oct. 18, 1926, in Lima, Ohio to Clarence and Dolly (Adams) Tyree and they preceded her in death. On Aug. 13, 1949, she married Charles Lansing and he died on March 13, 1997.
She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Triplett Electric for 14 years. She was a member of the Ada Full Gospel Pentecostal Church of God.
Surviving is a son, Richard (Diane) Lansing of Ada; three grandchildren Kathy, Mike and Sara; and a great granddaughter, Payton.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, at Ada Full Gospel Pentecostal Church of God at 1047 State Route 235, Ada with Rev. Karen Rarey officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service beginning at 9 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, at the Ada Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, Ada.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hardin County Hospice of Kenton
