Can you believe that this year is the 151st Hardin County Fair?

The fair runs from Tuesday, Sept. 8, through Sunday, Sept. 13. CLICK HERE to view the fair website with all the fair details.

Several Ada school organizations, 4-H clubs and individuals have entered various fair competitions.

Ada High School band will perform in the band show at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 18. Ada High School swing choir will perform in the swing choir show at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 9.

Both shows are in the grandstands. Admission is $3 for general; $4 reserved seats and youth 5 and under free.

The gate price for admission to the fairgrounds is $8 per person (9 years and older). The gate price does not include ride prices. Those are $12 to ride all day.

Veterans’ Day is Tuesday, Sept. 8. Free admittance with pass from Veterans Office or Veteran ID card.

Senior Citizens Day is Friday, Sept. 11. Free admittance for persons with Gold Buckeye Card or proof of birth over age 60.
